One such project that comes to mind is the €80m Hotel Europe (Killarney Hotels Ltd.) in Killarney, Co. Kerry where the employer was Liebherr International and Fix Set Ireland Ltd. was the principle sub-contractor. Fix Set Ireland Ltd. were solely responsible for the large scale concrete, reinforcement and formwork elements of this complicated new build and refurbishment project comprising of a 4 storey frame with basement shell and core works which was completed in 16 weeks. This required continuous working during the winter months and over the holiday periods and involved over 70 of Fix Set Ireland Ltd.'s skilled workers at peak.
